1. 누가 means "who, which person?; person which".

• 누가 그것을 이야기 했어요? : Who taught you that? 

• 누가 설거지를 해요? : Who's doing the dishes?

• 누가 이겼어요? : Who won?

2. 누군가 means "anyone, someone".

• 누군가가 내게/나에게/나한테 그 비밀을 말해 줬어요 : someone said to me about the secret story. / Someone told me the secret.
