이제 어떻게 된 일인지 아시겠죠[아셨어요/알았지(요)/알았니/알았어(요)] ?

1) You know now what really happened, right ?
2) Do you get how it happended now ?
3) Now, do you know what actually occurred ?

<A person> 그렇게 해서 그녀에게 사고가 난 거예요. 이제 어떻게 된 일인지 아시겠죠 ? : So, That’s how she got into a car accident, Do you get how it happened now ?

<B person> 네, 알았어요. 그녀 잘못은 아닌 것 같군요. Yes, I got it. It doesn’t sound like her fault.

이제 : now

어떻게 : (1) [=어찌] how; in what way[manner]; by what means (2) [=몹시] how (much); what; so; to what extent (3) [=어떻게든] anyway; anyhow

어떻다 : (1) how ~ what ~ (2) [persuasive] how about ~; what about ~; won’t you like to do (3) used as a proverb like “어떻다고 말하기 힘든 것(something that is hard to say; a and indescribable thing); 어떻다고 말 할 수 없다(nothing definite can be said on it)

어떻게 되다 : (1) turn out somehow or other (2) be managed * 되다 : become; be something; turn out

모르다 : don’t know
모르겠다 : don’t know <— 모르다 + 겠(a suffix means a guess) + 다(a verb ending suffix)
어떻게 된 일인지 모르다[모르겠다] : I don’t know what happened
알다 : know
어떻게 된 일인지 알다 : i know what (really) happened

아시겠죠 ? : Do you know ~ <— 알다(know; ‘ㄹ’ erased before ‘시’) + 시(a suffix expresses honorific attitude) + 겠(a suffix expresses a guess or probability) + 죠(a persuasive and interrogative suffix to the younger or the same age)

아셨어(요) ? : Do you know ~ <— 알다(know; ‘ㄹ’ erased before ‘시’) + 시(a suffix expresses honorific attitude) + 었/였/았(a suffix makes a verb past tense) + 어(a question suffix to the younger or the same age) + 요(a winsome suffix to anybody)

알았어(요)/알았니/알았지(요) ? : Do you know ? <— 알다(know) + 었/였/았(a suffix makes a verb past tense) + 어/니/지(a question suffix to the younger or the same age) + 요(a winsome suffix to anybody)


그렇다 : (1) [=그러하다] be so; be such; look like that; be (in) that way; (2) [대답(answer)] Yes; No; That's right; (3)

네, 알았어요. : Yes, i got it <— 네/예(yes to the same age or the elder) + 알다(know) + 았/었/였(a suffix makes a verb past tense) + 어(a descriptive suffix to anybody) + 요(a winsome suffix to anybody)

그녀 : she, her <— 그(that, the, it) + 녀/여(female)
잘못 : fault
그녀 잘못은 아니다 : isn’t her fault <— 그녀의(her; ‘의’ omitted) + 잘못(fault) + 은(a suffix make a word subjective) + 아니다(be not)

같다 : (1) be same[equal/equivalent/identical/identic] (2) seem to be, looks like
