1. When you’ve already decided you can say like these :

* 난 is a short form of "나는”(I as non-honorific)

* 전 is a short form of "저는"(I as honorific)

1) Without honorific to the younger

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했다.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했어.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했네.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했다네.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했다.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했어.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했네.

- (난/나는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했다네.

2) With a little honorific regardless of age

- (전/저는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했어요

- (전/저는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했네요. (a little arrogant)

- (전/저는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했어요.

- (전/저는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했네요. (a little arrogant)

3) With honorific to the very elder

- (전/저는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 결심했습니다.

- (전/저는) 그렇게 하기로 (이미) 정했습니다.

2. The above can be translated like 

- I’ve already decided!

- I’ve made a decision.

- I decide to do it.

- I’ve made up my mind.

3. Dialogue of the above

<A person> 그에게[그사람에게] 한번 더 기회를 주기로 했어 : I decided to give him another chance.

<B person> 정말이야? 그사람이 너에게 한 짓을 생각해 봐! : Are you sure? Think about all the things he has done to you!

<A person> 알아. 그렇지만 그렇게 하기로 이미 정했어 : I know. But I’ve already made up my mind.

• 결심이 서지 않은 : irresolute[hesitating / vacillating]
