"절대"과 "젼혀"은 차이 뭔가요?

절대(로) means “completely; entirely; absolutely; unconditionally”
전혀 means “never, not at all”

two is almost the same.
but 절대 usually used in the imperative or negative descriptive sentence.
전혀 usually used in the negative desxriptive sentence.

ex)

절대(로) 안돼 : Never do this (unconditionally) !
절대 아니다 : by no means. No way
전혀 아니다 : Not at all

It depends on circumstances and contex. First one sounds real strong
